Lucie is the founder and CEO of a start-up tech company called Guiltless To Go, Inc that’s fueling her passion for health and fitness. She’s on a mission to make healthy eating easy. She understands the value of community building and the importance of expanding your business network, inspiring her to launch the West Palm Beach Tech Happy Hour and organize it with her co-host Shad.

With over two decades of experience, he has helped businesses of all sizes – from innovative startups to Fortune 100 companies. Shad is passionate about collaborating with organizations that drive innovation and strengthen communities, empowering them to make a lasting positive impact.

Joe Russo founded the Palm Beach Tech Association, which grew into South Florida Tech Hub, and has spent years helping build the region’s tech community. He is the founder of Midnight, a home-security startup that verifies threats and gets useful information to emergency services, and previously led an AI product team at RapidSOS. Joe joined the West Palm Beach Tech Happy Hour team in 2026.

Check in, make a name tag, and settle into a conversation. There’s a short five-minute welcome from the hosts and sponsors, with the rest of the evening left for meeting people. Themed nights may also include pitches or demos.

At Top of the Rox, 309 Clematis Street in downtown West Palm Beach. Most events are every third Tuesday, 5:30–8:30 pm. Check the lineup for special dates, including our Palm Beach Tech Week edition.
You’ll fit right in. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available. The rooftop extends its happy hour menu and pricing until 8:30 pm for our events.
